* All travel costs are apportioned between all clients seen on the same day.
Cancellation Policy: In order to be able to offer our services to all individuals who require them, we ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. Fees will apply if less than 48 hours notice is given or for failure to attend a booked appointment without notice.
Financial Support for
Occupational Therapy
At Embolden Allied Health, occupational therapy services can be accessed by those privately funding, participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), as well as those with relevant private health insurance or a referral from their GP. More information regarding referrals are recommended to be discussed with your GP to ensure appropriate information is being provided, specific to the child’s needs.
